I. General Provisions
1. These General Terms and Conditions regulate the following:
the relationships between „TNN Cafe” Ltd., UIC: 203278487, with registered office and address: Sofia, 78 Hristo Smirnenski St., fl. 4, and the merchants/sellers (offering and selling goods in the online store “gentlemensroasterylab.bg”), regarding the use of the site and the rights and obligations arising between the three parties.
These terms bind all visitors and Users of the site. By selecting the created hyperlinks located on the server of “gentlemensroasterylab.bg” or by using the paid and/or free services offered by „TNN Cafe” Ltd., the User agrees, fully accepts, and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions and rules.
2. Identification of the user/client for the purpose of reproducing their statement for acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, as well as for the order made, is carried out through the logs stored on the server of “gentlemensroasterylab.bg” and/or storage of the user's/client's IP address.
3. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, users declare that they are familiar with and agree to the definitions of the following terms:
II. Accessibility
1. „TNN Cafe” Ltd. provides users with an internet-based information platform for online shopping of offered services and/or goods through its website https://gentlemensroasterylab.bg.
2. „TNN Cafe” Ltd. undertakes to provide registered users access to an internet-based information system for online shopping, making contact with users for concluding a contract for the purchase of goods and payment of the agreed final price.
3. The contract is considered concluded upon advance payment of the agreed price, and its effect may depend on conditions or a term.
4. The website (the website) “https://gentlemensroasterylab.bg” is developed and managed by „TNN Cafe” Ltd..
5. Upon registration, the user explicitly states that they agree with these general terms, and according to Art. 3, para. 2 of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, the written form is considered fulfilled by both parties.
6. Registration Form: when registering a user profile in the information system of “gentlemensroasterylab.bg”, the user fills out a registration form, which constitutes a verbal statement presented in digital form through a generally accepted standard for conversion, reading, and visual presentation of information.
7. The form contains information about name, surname, email and is stored on the server of “gentlemensroasterylab.bg” as it becomes an electronic document within the meaning of Art. 3 of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act.
8. In case of changes to the general terms, each registered user is provided, through the site's information system, the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the new general terms.
III. Terms Concerning the Purchase
1. To be allowed to purchase, a user must have an active profile in the site's system and a password. The user is responsible for all actions resulting from the use of the Site through their profile, including concluded contracts and received payments.
2. The user undertakes, when using their profile, to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. The user undertakes to notify “gentlemensroasterylab.bg” immediately of any unauthorized use of the profile, password, or any other case of suspected security breach and to keep their profile information up to date.
3. By ordering and paying the price, the User concludes a contract with the seller for the purchase of a specific good/service.
4. Upon purchase, the User can pay by making a transfer through one of the methods exhaustively listed on the site, namely: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer, or on-site at the retail outlets of „TNN Cafe” Ltd.
5. After sending the order and selecting the respective payment option, clients will be automatically redirected to the payment pages.
6. „TNN Cafe” Ltd. processes the payment request, and the User receives confirmation in their profile on “gentlemensroasterylab.bg”.
7. If for any reason, outside those agreed here, a purchase does not take place due to reasons beyond the User's control, the same receives back the paid amount.
8. For each specific commercial offer, specific restrictions and conditions may be provided, which are announced on the site.
9. The user, according to Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
9.1. The above does not apply to goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or are subject to rapid spoilage, or there is a risk of deterioration of their qualitative characteristics.
9.2. The supplier is obliged to refund the user in full the amounts paid by them no later than 30 days from the date on which the user exercised their right to withdraw from the concluded contract.
9.3. If, on the grounds listed above, the user/buyer decides to cancel the purchase, they must comply with the following:
9.3.1. Fill in the available form in the information platform for claiming withdrawal from the purchase, indicating the means for refunding the paid amounts, as follows:
– by bank transfer with the provision of a bank account
9.3.2. According to Art. 55, para. 6, the Supplier is obliged to refund the user in full the amounts paid by them no later than 30 days from the date on which the user exercised their right to withdraw from the concluded contract, but not earlier than the date of receipt of the returned goods, with all transaction and delivery costs borne by the user.
9.3.3. The provisions of Art. 55, para. 6 regarding the user's right to withdraw from the distance contract, with the right to return the purchased goods, do not apply to the delivery of goods with a short shelf life and/or remaining short shelf life. Such goods are considered all goods in the “Sale” section of the information platform. If the respective products are purchased from sections other than the above, the user is obliged to explicitly familiarize themselves, agree, and accept these restrictions. The same will be provided for acceptance or refusal in a “pop-up” during the purchase, giving the opportunity for the purchase to be completed or refused.
IV. Liability
1. „TNN Cafe” Ltd. declares that all materials are intended for information only and do not constitute advice for the purchase of the respective Good/Service.
2. In case of technical errors in the content of a specific offer, validly concluded Sales Contracts bind the parties, unless the respective Supplier cancels them according to the applicable legislation – in the latter case, neither the user nor „TNN Cafe” Ltd. will owe compensation to any of the parties,
3. „TNN Cafe” Ltd. reserves the right to suspend the Site at any time without giving reasons for this, including but not limited to updates, improvements, or maintenance, and is not liable for such suspension.
4. „TNN Cafe” Ltd. is not responsible for the content of sites accessible through hyperlinks (links) published on the Site, according to the provisions of the Electronic Commerce Act.
5. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in materials contained on the Site, together with its design, images, and source code, belong to „TNN Cafe” Ltd. and are protected by the applicable national and international intellectual property legislation.
6. „TNN Cafe” Ltd. may amend these General Terms of Use at any time by publishing a new version indicating the date of the respective changes and the date of their entry into force. For services provided before the date of entry into force of the changes, the rules of the General Terms of Use in force at that time shall apply.
7. „TNN Cafe” Ltd. only maintains the internet-based information system located on the site “gentlemensroasterylab.bg”, and is not liable in the following cases:
8. The username used by the user gives them only and exclusively the right to use the respective user profile within the information system of “gentlemensroasterylab.bg”. When the user changes their username, „TNN Cafe” Ltd. does not check and is not responsible for the authenticity of the new username, nor if it affects the property and non-property rights of third parties such as the right to a name, the right to a trade name (company), the right to a registered trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
9. The user undertakes, when using the provided access to the internet-based information system:

The user may not extract, reproduce, delete, erase, modify, distribute, or otherwise disclose the information resources published on the website of “gentlemensroasterylab.bg”, nor create their own database in electronic or other form from the information resources belonging to the databases located on the website of “gentlemensroasterylab.bg”, without the express permission of „TNN Cafe” Ltd..
V. PERSONAL DATA
1. „TNN Cafe” Ltd. is a registered personal data administrator within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act and undertakes to exercise due care and be responsible for the protection of user information that has become known to it in connection with the registration of USERS, except in cases of accidental event, force majeure, malicious actions by third parties, or by order of state authorities or officials who, according to the applicable legislation, are authorized to require and collect such information and in compliance with the legally established procedures;
2. In the registration form filled in by the user, „TNN Cafe” Ltd. indicates the mandatory or optional fields for providing personal data. By expressing agreement with these General Terms and Conditions, the user agrees that their information will be processed in the manner and for the purposes provided therein.
3. The restrictions under the above text do not apply if the user or persons under their control have violated the rights or legitimate interests of third parties or imperative legal norms. In this case, „TNN Cafe” Ltd. has the right to provide the user's personal information to the competent state authorities, according to the applicable legal provisions.
4. By accepting (checking the provided checkbox in the platform) these General Terms and Conditions, the user agrees that their personal data may be used by „TNN Cafe” Ltd. for identification under concluded contracts, accounting purposes with suppliers, tenants of the information platform, and statistical processing in accordance with Art. 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
5. By accepting (checking the provided checkbox in the platform) these General Terms and Conditions, the user agrees to the possibility that „TNN Cafe” Ltd. may send them advertising, commercial, and informational messages to the email registered to the user profile, contact by phone for marketing purposes, or in case of expiring terms in the service of clients.
In the event that any of the provisions of these General Terms of Use becomes invalid by virtue of a court decision, the remainder of the General Terms shall remain in force.
These General Terms and Conditions are adopted by a decision of the general meeting of „TNN Cafe” Ltd. and enter into force for all users as of 22/11/2015.

VI. Payment by Debit/Credit Card
1. Customers have the option to make payments using debit, credit, and business cards issued by the Visa and Mastercard systems.
2. Payments are processed through a virtual POS terminal (V-POS), provided by our partner – a licensed bank.

4. Gentlemens Roastery Lab does not store its clients' bank card data. All card data is processed directly by certified payment systems, in accordance with PCI DSS security standards.
5. If a refund is required for an amount paid by bank card, the amount will only be refunded to the card used for the payment, within up to 5 business days, depending on the bank's procedure.
